This program is administered by Ameritas and provides a low cost, high quality Dental
and Vision insurance.    
Health Care Discount Program This program is administered by CAREINGTON International and provides
discounts on a multitude of health care products and services. This is NOT insurance.
Programs include:   Dental and Vision only.   Multi-Care – Includes the discount Dental and Vision program, but you also
receive discounts on Prescriptions, Chiropractic and Alternative Health services,
Diabetic Supplies, Hearing Aids and access to a 24 hour Nurse Line.   Total-Care – Includes the discount Dental and Vision program, as well as
the Multi-Care program and includes medical coverage through a Private Health Care
System (PHCS).
