SeniorDiscounts New Discount Challenge Official Rules

HOW TO PLAY

No purchase necessary.  Participants in the SeniorDiscounts.com New Discount
Challenge (Challenge) are not required to make a purchase or enter a discount in
order to enter the Challenge.

All existing subscribers of the SeniorDiscounts.com Newsletter are eligible
to win. If you are not already a member, visit the SeniorDiscounts.com web site
at https://www.seniordiscounts.com/. 

The challenge begins at the time the challenge is posted in the SeniorDiscounts
E-Newsletter, and all entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. EST on the day posted
on the SeniorDiscounts web site. To subscribe to the SeniorDiscounts.com Free
Newsletter, visit the web site at https://www.seniordiscounts.com/.
Visitors may also enter on the official Challenges page on the SeniorDiscounts.com
web site. Visitors may submit up to 1,000 entries per day into the “SeniorDiscounts
New Discount Challenge,” as long as all entries are received by the deadline
of 11:59 a.m. EST on the day posted on the SeniorDiscounts web site. No responsibility
is assumed for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for telecommunications-system,
computer-software, or hardware errors or data loss. Incomplete entries are void.

Challenge is sponsored by SeniorDiscounts.com, Inc. (d.b.a. SeniorDiscounts.com)
(“SeniorDiscounts” or “Sponsor”), 4811A Hardware Drive NE, Suite 4, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

ELIGIBILITY

The Challenge is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or more years
of age at the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents, etc., of
Sponsor and its subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members
of the immediate family or those living in the same households (whether related
or not) of such individuals are not eligible. 

PRIZES

Prize is awarded with a free one year membership to the SeniorDiscounts Premium
program.  No substitution of prize permitted. Failure to claim a prize within
thirty (30) days after notification of winning may result in forfeiture of prize
by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to award prize of equal or greater value if
advertised prize is not available. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility
of the winner. 

SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be selected on the day posted on the SeniorDiscounts web site,
in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by SeniorDiscounts.com.
The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries currently being
received. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail. The winner
may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity
Release within thirty (30) days of notification attempt, or an alternate winner
may be selected. The name of the winner will be announced after he/she has returned
an Affidavit of Eligibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Void outside of the United States, and where prohibited by law. The Challenge
is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. By entering, participants agree
to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters
relating to this Challenge. By entering the Challenge, participants agree to release
to SeniorDiscounts.com and its subsidiaries the right to use their name, likeness,
and biographical information for any lawful purpose, including on the SeniorDiscounts.com
web site, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by
law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release SeniorDiscounts.com and its
subsidiaries and advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims,
or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or
property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use
of a prize or with participation in this Challenge (reading the above conditions
and continuing further action to claim prizes constitutes an on-line signature).
By entering this Challenge, the entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its subsidiaries,
advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and
agents of any of the above organizations shall not be liable for any injury or damage
to any person’s computer hardware, software, or peripherals utilized in participating
in the Challenge. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware,
software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, for lost or unavailable network
connections, or for any equipment or programming-associated connections, or for
failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications
with or utilized in this Challenge that may limit the ability to play or participate,
or for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Challenge.
If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of
Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of this Challenge), the Challenge is not capable of being conducted
as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole
discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Challenge. All decisions
by the Sponsor with respect to the operation of the Challenge are final. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be acting in violation
of these Official Rules or to be acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner,
or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE
OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL
AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE SUCH PERSON TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

WINNER’S LIST

The name of the winner will be posted after the winner has been officially announced
in the SeniorDiscounts E-newsletter and is also available to individuals sending
a self-addressed stamped envelope to SeniorDiscounts.com (at the address below)
after the winner has been announced.
