KB Toys Offers Discount to Grandparents and Seniors

KB Toys just announced that as of October 2, 2006, it is offering a discount
to shoppers 50 years of age and older. Dubbed the Grandparents’ Reward Club, customers 50 years
or older will receive a discount of 10% every Tuesday at its more than 600 nationwide stores.

The new discount is aimed at attracting grandparents to shop at its stores on
one of its previously slowest days.

Grandparents and adults 50 and older can sign up for the program by filling
out a short application in any KB Toys store. Membership is free and Club members will receive a
KB Toys Grandparents’ Rewards Club Card and keychain card, which they can present when shopping at
KB Toys on any Tuesday during the year. The discount is applied to the entire purchase. Members who
provide their e-mail addresses will also receive advance notice on sales & promotions at local KB
Toys stores and exclusive e-mail-only offers.

Here are the restrictions associated with the discount program as posted on the
KB Toys web site:

Discount taken off lowest ticketed prices of in-stock items at register. Discount
excludes sales taxes, cannot be combined with any coupon or discount offer and cannot be applied toward
purchase of gift cards or video games, systems and accessories. Valid only in KB Toys, KB Toy Works and
KB Toy Outlet stores.
