Not all of these discounts are listed on their web sites, but when making a reservation they do offer a section called "Room Rate Selection," which allows you to select the senior rate.

La Quinta
La Quinta hotels operates five different brands; Baymont Inn & Suites, La Quinta Inns, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Woodfield Suites and Budgetel, all of which offer a discount to seniors. La Quinta Inns and La Quinta Inns and Suites provide a savings up to 30% for people 55 and older or members of AARP. Baymont Inn & Suites, Woodfield Suites and Budgetel will give 10% off to everyone 55 and older but do not extend the discount to AARP members under 55. All of the chains offer these rates when making the reservation online, just select "Senior Citizen" or "AARP" in the "Special Rate Options" section when making a reservation.
